Withdraw from contract

• •The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day your subscription contract was concluded.
• •At checkout you ask us to start the service immediately. If you withdraw during the 14 days after having used the service, we may charge a proportionate amount for what was provided up to your withdrawal.
• •For AI generations you request and which are fully delivered before you withdraw, you acknowledged at checkout that you lose the right of withdrawal for that delivered digital content.
• •This page is about the EU 14-day withdrawal right. To simply stop your subscription renewing at any time, you can also cancel from Settings → Manage subscription.

Fill in the declaration and press the button. You will see an on-screen receipt with a reference number, and we will confirm receipt by email without undue delay.

We will process your withdrawal and, where a refund is due, reimburse you using the same means of payment you used, within 14 days of receiving your declaration. Details of the right of withdrawal are in our Terms of Service.
